At Busther Electr\u00f3nica, our priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. We have designed a transparent and fair return policy, aligned with international e-commerce standards. <\/p>

1. Return Period<\/b><\/h5>

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. <\/p>

2. Product Eligibility<\/b><\/h5>

For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:<\/p>

• Condition: The product must be new, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.<\/li>
• Packaging: It must be returned in its original box or packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and labels intact.<\/li>
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or purchase invoice.<\/li><\/ul>

  Note: Electronic products that have been tampered with, configured with personal accounts (iCloud, Google), or whose serial number does not match the one shipped will not be accepted.<\/i><\/p>

  3. Return Process

  To initiate a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>

  1. Contact us via email at info@busther.com.co or through WhatsApp at +57 312 588 8450, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.<\/li>
  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.<\/li>

     4. Return Shipping Costs<\/b><\/h5>

     Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:<\/p>

     • Store Error or Defective Product: If you received a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, Busther Electr\u00f3nica will cover all shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid label or arrange the pickup. <\/li>
     • Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind): If you wish to return the product because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or did not like it, the customer must cover the shipping costs to return the product to our facilities in Bogot\u00e1.
       • For international customers: Return shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable for re-entry into Colombia) will be the customer\u2019s responsibility.

         5. Refunds (Money Back)<\/b><\/h5>

         Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>

         • If approved: The refund will be processed immediately and an automatic credit will be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).<\/li>
         • Processing Time: The funds may take between 5 to 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank\u2019s policies.<\/li>
         • We do not offer mandatory \u201cStore Credit\u201d: We refund your actual money, unless you explicitly prefer a voucher for another purchase.<\/li><\/ul>

           6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h5>

           Returns are not accepted for:<\/p>

           • Gift cards.<\/li>
           • Downloadable software products.<\/li>
           • Customized products or items made under special order.<\/li><\/ul>

             7. Exchange<\/b><\/h5>

             We only replace items if they are defective or factory damaged.
