Payment Conditions
This offer is conditioned upon the customer having chosen and accepted the payment terms and conditions presented by the system, in accordance with the payment methods specifically established on the site, and upon the customer having made the respective advance payment equivalent to 100% of the value of the selected merchandise.
Although BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS provides the customer with a secure connection system for making all purchase offers, under no circumstances shall BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS be liable for communication failures of banking or credit institutions, nor for damages caused to users as a result of any action or omission by said entities. Once BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS verifies payment of the 100% advance and compliance with the other conditions to which this offer is subject, the purchase contract shall be deemed perfected. In any case, notwithstanding the verification of the aforementioned advance payment, if the other conditions established in the second section of this document are not met, the contract shall not be deemed perfected and therefore BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS undertakes to reimburse the user, without any interest or yield, the amount paid as an advance.

3. Price
The total purchase amount shall consist of the following items borne by the customer: product value, taxes, and shipping costs, if applicable.
FIRST PARAGRAPH: BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS undertakes to constantly review and update the prices mentioned on the website; likewise, our customer and/or user must remain attentive to any fluctuations that may occur.
SECOND PARAGRAPH: BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS shall inform or publish the shipping and delivery rates for the goods, which will be generated based on the costs, items, and policies of the carrier company, which are independent, autonomous, and external to BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS. The freight cost shall take into account the location within the territory to which the purchased products must be shipped, as well as their size and weight.
Products and/or Services
It is the policy of BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS to constantly update and review the products displayed on this Site. BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS may modify and discontinue products at any time. BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS undertakes to dispatch products with the same quality characteristics as those normally exhibited at its points of sale. However, the colors of the products that the customer sees on their monitor depend on the monitor itself; therefore, BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS does not guarantee that the color shown on the customer’s monitor will be exactly the same as the actual color of the product.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
The customer shall assume the shipping costs of the purchased products and the payment of any applicable taxes arising from their purchase. In any case, the shipping cost will be informed at the time the purchase order is generated, clarifying that this charge may vary depending on the city to which the order must be shipped and will be definitively communicated in the email confirming the acceptance of the purchase order and notification of successful payment.
6. Shipping
The general delivery commitment for a product purchased through this website shall be five (5) business days for domestic destinations and 15 to 20 business days for international shipments, to be counted from the day following the acceptance of the purchase order. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of BUSTHER ELECTRONICA S.A.S. www.busther.com.co that cause delivery delays, such circumstances will be communicated to the buyer by telephone or electronically.
Furthermore, the estimated delivery time will be communicated in the email confirming the acceptance of the purchase order and successful payment of the products, provided that such time shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
The sale shall be subject to inventory availability. If, during product preparation, the item is not available, BUSTHER ELECTRONICA S.A.S. www.busther.com.co will contact the customer to resolve the situation.
7. Shipping Times and Policies
• www.busther.com.co does not commit to specific delivery hours. The order will arrive at the residence address according to the assigned date, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
• The merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. In the case of gated communities or condominiums where entry is not permitted, delivery will be made at the security gate or reception. For pedestrian-only streets, delivery will be made as far as the vehicle can access.
• The purchase receipt will be sent to the delivery address of the order within 10 business days following the purchase date for major cities, and within 15 business days following the purchase date for other cities.
In the event that a visit is made to the buyer’s address and the delivery cannot be completed because the buyer or their authorized representative was not present, the shipment may be rescheduled, after prior telephone communication with the buyer to notify them of the situation and coordinate the new delivery. This delivery will incur an additional cost equal to the shipping cost charged on the invoice. Changes to products that are made to order, designed, cut, or manufactured to measure or under specific customer specifications will not be accepted.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Users of www.busther.com.co have the possibility to exercise their right of withdrawal from their purchase; that is, they may autonomously and freely request that the purchase be reversed, returning the parties to their original state. This means, on the part of the user, returning the purchased merchandise in perfect condition, unused, and suitable for resale; and on the part of BUSTHER ELECTRONICA S.A.S., refunding the amount paid for the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
Timeliness: Within five (5) days following delivery of the product.
Product Condition: The user must return the product to BUSTHER ELECTRONICA S.A.S. in the same condition in which it was received, without having used or assembled the item, in its original box or packaging, in perfect condition, with all its parts complete, including catalogs and manuals; suitable for resale.
Shipping Costs: These must be assumed by the user, as well as any other costs involved in the return of the item.
Excluded Products: The right of withdrawal shall not apply to made-to-order products or those that were elaborated, manufactured, assembled, cut, or prepared according to the user’s specifications, or that are clearly personalized.
BUSTHER ELECTRONICA S.A.S. shall refund the money to the user within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the returned merchandise.
The merchandise may be returned through the following means, at the user’s choice:
· Delivering it in person at the BUSTHER store in the city of Bogotá.
· Calling the line: (57) 3125888450 to coordinate pick-up at their address through a carrier company. Please remember that the person exercising the right of withdrawal must pay for this service.
Return Policy
· The product must be in suitable condition for resale (unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, with catalogs, manuals, and all its parts).
· You must present the purchase receipt (invoice). If you do not have it, you may request proof and/or certificate of purchase.
· The maximum period to request a product exchange shall be 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, except for surplus construction materials, which have a 90-day period.
· You may return the product at any of our stores.
· For products purchased by phone at (57) 3125888450 or online that have not yet been received, please contact our customer service line in Bogotá.
· The refund will be issued through a credit note equivalent to the actual amount paid for the product.
· Purchases made on the website www.busther.com.co and through telephone sales are subject to the Right of Withdrawal.
Returns Before Delivery
To process a refund for your purchase before delivery, please follow these steps:
· Contact our customer service line at 312 5888450 or in Bogotá at 3002135720.
· We will verify the status of your delivery.
· We will take your request and process the refund of the amount paid.
Warranty Policy
· If you do not have the purchase receipt (invoice), please provide your purchase details to process your return or warranty request.
· The warranty for any product is subject to a technical diagnostic evaluation.
· To process the warranty for an installed product, a technical verification visit will be scheduled.
· All requests will be processed within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days following receipt. Please note that the product will be sent to the supplier for technical diagnosis and repair (if applicable). The repair process will be completed within thirty (30) business days from the day following receipt of the request.
· If the product is located at a different place than where it was purchased, the customer shall assume the shipping costs to make the warranty effective.
· The warranty shall not apply if the diagnosis determines that:
1. Force majeure or fortuitous event
2. The act of a third party
3. Improper use of the product by the consumer
4. The consumer failed to follow the installation, use, or maintenance instructions provided in the product manual and warranty
· Once the legal warranty period has expired, the customer shall assume the payment of any inspection, diagnosis, repair, and/or parts required for the product.
9. Privacy and Security
Your data will be kept under strict confidentiality.
10. Invoice
The invoice will be sent along with the purchased product to the address provided by the customer.
11. Transfer of Ownership
The transfer of ownership takes place as soon as BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS places the item or product in the hands of the carrier company, to be shipped to the customer or to the person they designate.
FIRST PARAGRAPH: Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer or recipient of the item or product must refrain from accepting it immediately if the product’s packaging or wrapping shows damage, breakage, openings, or similar issues, making the appropriate annotation or record of such fact.
12. Product Packaging
Our customer agrees that products may be packaged and presented in plastic bags and/or cardboard boxes that meet the necessary conditions for the proper preservation of the product.
13. Comments and Reviews
BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS reserves the right to publish or refrain from publishing any comments made by users of our website regarding products. Likewise, at any time, a comment may be removed from the aforementioned website.

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Source of Funds
The customer solemnly declares and affirms:
a. The funds used to make this purchase come from a lawful operation, trade, profession, activity, or business.
b. The money used to make this purchase was NOT obtained as a result of any type of conduct defined under Colombian law as a criminal offense.
c. I have never allowed third parties to use my accounts or my credit or debit cards to deposit or manage money whose origin is unknown or that comes from conduct contrary to the law, especially criminal law.
d. I release BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS from all liability for any erroneous, false, or inaccurate information provided in this document or for any violation thereof, and I shall be solely responsible for it.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from this document shall be submitted to the courts of the Municipality of Bogotá D.C. (Colombia), and both BUSTHER ELECTRONICA SAS and the customer expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
