Yes, Busther Electrónica charges the national taxes applicable to product sales in Colombia.

It is possible that you placed your order as a guest and/or created your account after completing your purchase. In this case, unfortunately, the order will not appear in your account history. Yes, you can come to our store with the product in its original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Please remember that the product must not show any signs of use.
