Shipping Policies

Order Origin and Processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from our main distribution center in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Noon, local time GMT-5) are processed and shipped the same day.
- Handling Time: 0 to 1 business day. If you purchase after the cut-off time or on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
Coverage, Transit Times, and Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight and your exact location, ensuring the fairest and most competitive rate on the market.
These are the estimated delivery times once the package has been shipped:
A) Domestic Shipping (Colombia)
Handled by Servientrega, TCC, Envía, Interrapidísimo, Coordinadora, and Deprisa.
- Major Cities: 1 to 3 business days.
- Rural Areas or Forwarding: 2 to 5 business days.
B) International Shipping (Worldwide)
Handled exclusively by DHL Express for maximum speed.
- United States: 2 to 4 business days.
- Canada and Mexico: 3 to 6 business days.
- Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, etc.): 3 to 6 business days.
- Europe (Spain, Germany, France, UK, etc.): 3 to 6 business days.
- Asia and Rest of the World: 4 to 7 business days.
Note: “Business days” refers to Monday through Friday. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs inspections in the destination country.
(Tracking Premium)
Your peace of mind is our priority. Immediately after dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- For international shipments, you can track the movement step by step on the official [DHL Express] website.
- For domestic shipments, we will indicate the carrier assigned for tracking.
Taxes and Customs (International Shipments)
For orders shipped outside Colombia, we operate under the DAP (Delivery at Place) term. This means that our product prices do not include import taxes, duties, or VAT that your country may charge upon receiving foreign goods.
- The customer is responsible for paying these charges to the carrier at the time of delivery if required by local customs.
- Notice for Customers in Brazil: It is mandatory to provide your CPF or CNPJ number at the time of purchase to prevent the Brazilian customs from returning or destroying the package.
Delivery and Recipient Absence
Our logistics partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts to the address provided.
- If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be taken to a local DHL/carrier office for you to pick up in person.
- If the package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, the customer shall assume the cost of reshipment.
Order Not Received?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received any updates about your order, contact us immediately. All of our international shipments are insured. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, in the event of a confirmed loss, we will proceed with either sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.
